Chakra Tuning

Chakra tuning, a branch of biofield tuning, is the practice of using specifically tuned vibrations to manipulate the flow of life force energy within our physical & spiritual bodies. This technique involves laying face down on a massage bed, being guided into a deep state of meditation. Once there, your practitioner will use weighted tuning forks, tuned to the specific vibrations of each individual chakra, along the vertebrae most closely associated to its respective energy centre. Each fork will be struck a number of times and placed handle down along your spinal column to allow our organs, tissue, nerves & cells to absorb the vibration, additionally offering it a frequency to mirror. This reset to our energy body opens our energetic pathways and allows our life force to move more freely & authentically.
