A Soul Science Cleansing & Clearing session is designed to help you shed or clear negative energies that have become stagnant in your auric field or personal space. This process uses various tools, including sound bowls, hand bells, tuning forks, meditations, red light therapy, burnable herb smoke & more to aid in the recalibration of your electromagnetic field, as well as your energy body.
Your practitioner will begin your session with a series of questions to address your current energy needs before leading you through a meditation tailored to help you meet your goals. In addition to the tools and practices noted above, reiki healing may be delivered to specific energetic centres in effort to move stuck energies through to your body’s exit points (the beds of the arms & soles of the feet)
After your cleaning & meditation, you will be gently guided to reconnect with your physical body, before grounding & a quick discussion of your session to help you in understanding any sensations that may have arisen.
