Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made with a member of our staff. Incomplete payments may result in the cancellation of your appointment. 

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed. If you have purchased a product from our online store or our physical clinic and are unhappy with your item(s) due to breakage or defect, we will be happy to refund or replace your purchase. This will not include products that have been used beyond the expected testing period (30 days) & will not include products that show signs of excessive personal use or damage.

All cancelations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in minimum 50% charge of your original service amount.  A 100% charge will apply for no-shows. 

• If you are less than 15 minutes late, you will receive a shorter session as our staff may be unable to lengthen the session.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and 25% service fee will be charged.
